Missional Identity (MiD) is an online service designed to help your church community to clarify its own unique “missional DNA”. We discover the member’s views to formulate a future mission plan and then a property masterplan tailored to the needs of your church community.

Mission First
Mission First
The church leader sets the scene with resources, seminars and preaching about vision and local mission calling.
A church coordinator is appointed and sends a link to all members of the church community and invites them to respond to about 70 questions covering present and future mission priorities. Members are encouraged to pray before responding.
The output from the survey indicates collective priorities for your church's mission.
The leaders complete a template to identify current and future demographics.
Property Masterplan
Property Masterplan
The leaders are guided through a process to consider the impact of these priorities on the current property and the need for change to meet the needs of future mission.
A property strategy is agreed and architects skilled in improving church facilities then prepare an outline design solution.
This is presented for workshop discussion, costed and finalised.
